Full Details As part of our on-going commitment to improve the level of service you receive from KCOM, we are undertaking some essential maintenance work as follows:
The reason for the planned works :–
We are upgrading the software on the Cisco Core Network Switches in our Reading Data Centre, The work has been completed on other switches within the KCOM network without any issues.

This work will take place between 23:00 on 21st May 2018 and 01:00 on 22nd May 2018 and will affecting the connectivity of Hosted services in the Reading Data Centre.

The impact to services during the change; there may be a loss of connectivity during the upgrades to the switches and during the reloaded / rebooting of the switches.
