As part of our on-going commitment to improve the level of service you receive from KCOM, we are undertaking some essential maintenance work as follows:
The reason for the planned works :–
We are upgrading the KCOM network in London, the work is to increase capacity and balance the network traffic.
This work will take place between 00:01 and 02:00 on 23rd May 2018 and will affect the connectivity of DSL services.
The impact to services during the change; there may be a 5 minute loss of connectivity during the upgrade between the hours of the change 00:001 and 02:00 on 23rd May 2018.
